Anastasiya obtained her dental degree with honours in 2013 in Ukraine.
She practiced in Ukraine for two years working in various units including oral and maxillofacial surgery and restorative department. At the same time, she gained Master of Science qualification, after which she has decided to pursue her career further and moved to London in 2015. She successfully passed all the statutory exams and became fully registered dentist in the UK in 2016.
Subsequently she worked in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Gloucester, where in the hospital setting, she was dealing with complex surgical procedures. During this time, she achieved the Diploma of Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Since 2017 Anastasiya has been working in private practices across London providing the full range of dental treatments. Having gained experience working in primary and secondary care, she decided to progress further in her career.
Anastasiya was a clinical trial dentist at the University of Bristol. Working alongside Prof. West, she was treatment planning and managing patients with gum disease. After this she developed passion for Periodontology (treatment of gum disease) and in 2018 she has dedicated herself to a full-time three-year specialist training in Periodontology at the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute in London. During her training all her clinical activity for focused on treatment of advanced gum disease cases using non-surgical as well as complex surgical approaches and patients’ rehabilitation with dental implants. Apart from tooth-saving procedures, she provides aesthetic surgical procedures for gummy smiles management or recession coverage.
Anastasiya aims to raise gum disease awareness among general public and help them to save their teeth, while improving wellbeing. Her goal is to provide high quality treatment in an ethical and comfortable manner, helping patients to overcome their fears and anxieties.
