Mario qualified in 2001 securing a gold medal in his year group. He has since undertaken extensive university based postgraduate education. In his quest to achieve clinical excellence in aesthetic medicine and dentistry he has undergone training with world experts in postgraduate centers in Europe. He is a member of the British Endodontic Society, the Faculty of General Dental Practice FGDP (UK), the British Society of Periodontology member, the Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry (SAAD) the British Society of Dental Sleep Medicine and the British Academy of Cosmetic dentistry.

His expertise covers General and Family Dentistry, Implant dentistry, and non-surgical anti-ageing aesthetic medicine. He is especially skilled in complex smile design and in management of tooth wear. As part of the full smile rejuvenation Dr Mario also undertakes fixed and removable adult orthodontic treatment using clear aligner technology and is a platinum six months smiles provider. He has a special interest in TMJ, bruxism and headache management. He has undergone training in the dental management of sleep disorders such as snoring and obstructive sleep apnoea. He also undertakes Botox and aesthetic skin rejuvenation therapy and skillfully produces subtle, natural looking results to control the aging process.
